Avero is a web-based software solution, so it’s accessible on any iOS or Android device with an internet connection. Avero works best with Chrome and Firefox web browsers. Edge and Internet Explorer 11+ are also supported, though not recommended. Internet Explorer versions 10 and below and Safari are not supported. We also offer real-time mobile apps with free with subscriptions on supported systems that meet the minimum requirements.
Avero is committed to getting you the information you need, when you need it. That said, since Avero is a web-based solution, speed depends primarily on your internet connection. The amount of data you pull can also play a role in the speed of the tool as it works to aggregate the insights. Some reports populate instantly, others may take a few seconds to load, but we never stop working on improvements to our software, so it can only get better.
Avero allows you to create an unlimited number of customized dashboards that will automatically update overnight so you’ll always have the most up-to-date insights. Populate your dashboards with up to 20 of the metrics you’re most interested in, complete with visualizations like graphs and tables. Each user can create their own custom dashboards, or you can share yours with the team for standard metrics of accountability.
Once you determine the key insights you want to receive, you can set them up to automatically hit your email inbox daily, weekly or monthly. Dread adding more emails to your inbox? No problem. You can always log in to your saved reports and get to your insights within a few clicks.
You can access your existing data on any web browser. Issues outside of Avero’s control that affect the functionality of your POS, like power loss, internet failure, firewall configurations, or POS server issues can interrupt Avero’s ability to collect new data. Our additional fail-safe measures automatically attempt to recover missed data transfers and are successful a majority of the time. However, if a data transfer is not autorecovered, our support team will work closely with you to resolve it in a timely manner.
