One of our favorite times of year here at Avero is when we partner with the Epicurean Charitable Foundation to award deserving students with a four-day trip to New York City for the annual Restaurant Educational Experience, during which the students meet and learn from leading chefs, managers and restaurateurs while experiencing some of the city’s most prominent dining trends. Earlier this week the ECF hosted a special appreciation dinner at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and presented Avero with a very special award honoring our commitment to changing the lives of their students.
