Not only is Avero the premier restaurant software company in the industry, but we also make a point to support amazing organizations that mentor emerging leaders in the food and beverage world. One great example of this is the Epicurean Charitable Foundation (ECF).
ECF is made up of more than 20 leading hospitality executives who are dedicated to enriching the lives of deserving local students pursuing careers in hospitality or culinary arts. Through scholarships and mentorship opportunities, these gifted but often financially underprivileged students are provided with the means to pursue their dreams and become future leaders in the Las Vegas hospitality world. To support their scholarship program, ECF holds an annual gala that has quickly become one of the most popular events on the Las Vegas social calendar: Mentoring and Educating Nevada’s Upcoming Students (M.E.N.U.S.).
This year's event was held on Friday, September 16 at The Beach at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino with an exclusive poolside dine-around on the golden sand beach of Mandalay Bay, highlighted by an array of premium beverages and freshly prepared dishes from many of the finest chefs and restaurants in the city along with live entertainment from the Gin Blossoms.
Of the 50+ hotels, casinos, and restaurants represented at the event, Avero is proud to claim the vast majority as colleagues and clients: Caesars, Silverton Casino, South Point Casino, and many more. As a leader in restaurant software analytics, Avero is proud to support M.E.N.U.S and connect with current and future leaders that we are proud to support year after year.
