Avero has supported the James Beard Foundation for more than 10 years, and each year we attend the James Beard Awards to honor our food and beverage friends. From chefs and restaurateurs to cookbook authors and food journalists to restaurant designers and architechts and more, the James Beard awards are always an amazing celebration of our industry.
At this year’s event we particularly enjoyed celebrating Avero clients and friends — Barbara Lynch (Outstanding Restaurateur), Nancy Silverton (Pizzeria Mozza & Outstanding Chef, USA), April Bloomfield (Best Chef, NYC), The NoMad (Best Bar Program), and Garrett Oliver of Brooklyn Brewery (Best Beverage Professional). We celebrated with these friends and clients on the new Avero Mobile party bus, which brought people to the real highlights of the evening: the after parties! We toasted with Champagne and Burgundy and feted our friends into the wee hours of the morning while rubbing elbows with all the industry greats and creating some incredible memories.
