Add a new section
In addition to the daily snapshot and shift notes you can add a Covid-specific Employee Safety Checklist section to your template (seen above) for managers to use daily. If you have multiple restaurants on Avero, you can add this section to all of your business logbooks.

Use a checklist
Create an easy checklist for managers to follow while making their shift notes. It may be helpful to have separate checklists for different types of tasks. For example, one checklist can be dedicated to helping general managers maintain PPE inventory and cleaning supplies. While another list could be used by the bar manager to guide the nightly deep cleaning process.
Send the checklist automatically
